Cadetshop Pty Ltd was established in April 2005 with the aim of providing a reliable alternative to normal supply channels to the Australian Defence Force Cadets. Cadetshop Pty Ltd is a NSW based company that operates nation wide distributing accoutrements and equipment to a variety of customers; however the primary client base is the Australian Defence Force Cadets.
The founders of the company saw a need for reliable supply line for members of the Australian Defence Force Cadets. Satisfying this need has a two-fold effect:
- Maintaining a reliable supply network increases morale amongst cadet units, especially for those individuals that are newly appointed and want to have a feeling of belonging to their new organisation.
- Having a smart looking and correct uniform promotes the image of the Australian Defence Force Cadets to the public and the Australian Defence Force generally. A professional image portrayed by the cadets builds respect and confidence within their communities and the Australian Defence Force.
The services offered by Cadetshop Pty Ltd are expected to expand in the future so that managers of the respective organisations can visit a one-stop shop for all of their needs. We will also supply service specific memorabilia, including embroidered shirts, bags, wall plaques and other merchandising material that units can use to promote the image of their respective service and promote esprit-de-corps.
Cadetshop Pty Ltd was established by people who understand the needs of the cadet units and the individual members. We are flexible and can offer a range of solutions to your supply problems. We also recognise that other Government sponsored cadet services exist, particularly in Western and South Australia. We are also aiming at providing solutions and viable alternatives to those organisations soon.
