How can I purchase an item?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse through our online store and select the items that you wish to purchase. Once you have completed your selection go to the checkout page. Once you are happy with your selection you can choose to process or save your order.

What payment options do you offer?

  1. Credit Card - Online Credit Card Transaction via secure sever from St George Bank at the time of checkout.
  2. Unit Account – ADF and Cadet Units select this option at the time of checkout and an invoice will be emailed to you. Accounts are required to be settled within 30 days.
  3. PayPal. Use your credit card or paypal account at www.paypal.com. You will be transferred to the PayPal payment site when selecting this option.
  4. Internet Banking Transfer or Branch Deposit at any St George Bank or Westpac branch. (Include your order number in the electronic transfer or over the counter transaction)

What information do I need to include with my payment?

You need to include your full name and your order number with your payment.

How much does it cost for Postage and Handling?

Postage is calculated when you check out and are based on current rates by Australia Post. Prices vary depending on your location and the service you select for your delivery. The postage total will be shown after you go to checkout but before you pay for your order. Cadetshop uses Australia Post e-parcel services. All our deliveries are tracked and logged.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Yes. Cadetshop will ship worldwide. Postage is calculated at the time of checkout and is based on current rates by Australia Post.

Can I get a discount?

Cadetshop will offer discounts for bulk orders in line with our company discount policy. Discounts are not applied by our on line shop. Customers who are ordering in bulk should contact us for a quote. Unit account holders should select Unit Account at the time of checkout. The discounts will be applied by our sales staff and your goods will be dispatched with the discounted invoice attached.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders will be dispatched from Cadetshop within 2 working days. Delivery times vary on your location and method of delivery selected.

What happens if you don't have the product I want in stock?

If your item is not in stock, we will back order that/those items for you. If you are concerned that your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we will be more than happy to give you a progress report on your order.

What is your Returns/Refund Policy?

Cadetshop will exchange or refund goods, if a stock item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent where Cadetshop has made a mistake in filling the order. Cadetshop will exchange goods free of charge if incorrect items have been sent to you. Any charges incurred for the return of goods as a result of our error will be refunded accordingly. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Do you take orders from units?

Yes. We encourage cadet units and other units that wish to purchase items from our online store to get together as a group and submit a bulk order.

Does your stock comply with Australian Defence Force Cadet policy?

For uniformed items, Cadetshop works with the ADF and Cadet organisations to ensure that our products meet the required standards. Many of our items have been endorsed by the ADFC and Cadetshop is regarded as an endorsed supplier for many items.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Cadetshop will not disclose a buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases.

Name Tag Orders

In order to keep costs down, orders for name tags are processed in bulk rather than on a individual order basis. We process name tag orders for manufacturing on the 1st day of each month (excluding Jan). Orders placed on or after the 1st of day of the month will be placed in the manufacturing list for the next month.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for manufacture after the processing cut off date ie 1st day of the month.
