Our Accounts and Benefits Program

Cadetshop has an integrated three tiered benefits program to reward members for loyalty, support and to assist managers of units and organisastions purchase from our range of products. Benefits are directly linked to your membership status and range from various free shipping offers to bulk discounts and 30 day payment terms.

The three levels available to customers are;

Bronze

Silver

Gold

As soon as you register with Cadetshop you will automatically become a Bronze level member. You will be immediately entitled to all the benefits this level has to offer.  Membership to Silver is by application and considered against the entry criteria listed below. Gold membership is offered by invitation twice a year. 

Our silver level membership is perfect for units and groups who wish to purchase in bulk and pay on a 30 day account. Once you are a silver member, theres no need to email us for quotes and pricing. All of the prices are automatically adjusted and displayed based on your membership level. You can quickly and easily view all the products and discounted prices on offer. 

Silver members will need to ensure they have the authority from their organisation to expend funds. Please ensure this is indicated on your profile otherwise we can not accept your membership. You will become the point of contact for your unit/organisations account and in the event that an account is outstanding past the due date, you will be our contact to resolve the matter. 

Gold membership will be offered twice yearly to those customers that meet the criteria. This level of membership is offered in recognition of the efforts our clients have gone to, to advance our company and help us grow.

Account payments need to be made on time and within 30 days of delivery of the goods you have ordered. Payment not made within this time will result in a membership review. This may result in Cadetshop cancelling your membership. Payments to be made via direct deposit or cheque/money order to PO Box 490 Coolangatta QLD 4255.

Australian Defence Force Cadet (ADFC) Discount Membership

If you are an Australian Defence Force Cadet or Staff Member, apply to be a member of the ADFC discount group. Make sure you have your profile complete with your Unit and Service number. This is a standing discount offer, every day of the year on all our products. You must be a member of the ADFC to become a member of this group. To apply, click on the user groups tab on your profile details page then click join. We will be notified of your request and review your details to make sure you meet the entry criteria. This is a standard discount rate on all items and is applied at checkout.

Trek 4WD Clients and Corporate Partnerships

Cadetshop enjoys an excellent relationship with many businesses and we like to reward customers who support our partners. Trek 4WD Safaris www.trek4wdsafaris.com.au and Cadetshop are close business partners supporting each other to deliver quality services and products to our customers. Customers of Trek 4WD Safaris can apply for membership offers at Cadetshop by joining the Trek 4WD Client user group. To apply, click on the user groups tab on your profile details page then click join. We will be notified of your request and review your details to make sure you meet the entry criteria. This is a standard discount rate on all items and is applied at checkout.

How to Register and apply for membership

When you first visit www.cadetshop.com.au you can view our entire range of products.  In order to purchase items, you will need to register you details. Upon successful registration, you will become a Bronze member. All of the discounts and promotions are now available to you. You can continue shopping straight away and take advantage of your membership. To register, just complete all the details marked with an asterisk after you click the register button from the home page. 

To apply for Silver membership, after you have registered, click on the user groups tab on your profile details page. Click Join. We will be notified of your request and review your details to make sure you meet the entry criteria. Please ensure that you indicate that you have the authority to expend funds for your organisation by ticking the box on your profile page. Please also ensure you have the name of your unit or organisation listed correctly.
