Cadetshop uses Australia Post eparcel to ship and track all your orders. An express delivery service is offered by Australia Post to most areas within Australia. To take advantage of the express delivery option, select express post when you check out.

Cadetshop aims to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours after payment has been made. Sometimes, unforeseen problems arise which may cause us some delay. You can see where your order is up to by logging into your account using your username and password.

You will receive a dispatch email with the tracking number for your order when it has been picked up by Australia Post and entered their system. You can track you item using the Auspost website tracking system.

Returning Items

To request a return follow these steps within 10 days;

* Log into the respective order under your My Account Tab.

* Click on the order ID to display the entire order.

* Click on the Returns Link next to the Communications Link.

* Complete the details of the item you wish to return.

Our Sales Staff will review the request. When your return has been Authorised the status will appear as Approved. Check the status of your return request and once approved;

* Click on the print slip button and print the packing slip.

* Send the item with the packing slip to our address listed on the packing slip.
