HMAS Arunta Cuff links

The HMAS Arunta II is an integral part of the Royal Australian Navy's fleet, serving as an Anzac-class frigate. Named after the Arrernte Aboriginal people of Central Australia, the Arunta II was laid down in 1995 and launched in 1998. She was officially commissioned into the Royal Australian Navy in 1999. Over her years of service, the Arunta II has seen several deployments, both for operations and exercises, highlighting her important role within the Navy's modern fleet. Her duties include air defence, anti-submarine warfare, surveillance, reconnaissance, and interdiction. The Arunta II is a testament to the evolution of naval technologies and strategies, carrying on the proud legacy of her predecessor, the original HMAS Arunta.
