Applications are invited from anyone who is seeking causal or Part Time employment in our sales team with Cadetshop at our Burleigh Heads retail store. 

About us

Cadetshop is tailored to meet the needs of Air Force, Army and Navy Cadets and has ministerial approval to retail Australian Defence Force Cadet (ADFC) Uniform items. One of our aims is to assist promoting the Australian Defence Force Cadets to the Community. We believe that the ADFC delivers excellent outcomes and experiences to young Australians and as a company we are proud to assist the ADFC wherever possible. We offer a range of products that appeal to the military community and the general public, including Field and Adventure equipment, Training Aids, Uniform Items, Promotional products, Awards and Custom Gear. 

Qualifications & experience

• Must be competent with web based computer skills
• Previous experience with Australian Defence Force or Cadets desirable but not essential. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self motivated
• Able to perform with minimal supervision

Tasks & responsibilities

• Fulfilment of On Line orders
• Attend to customers in store
• Receive stock
• Manage customer orders
• Take telephone enquiries
• Process sales
• Collect payments
• Respond to email and website enquiries
