Shipping 

All orders are sent using premium shipping services with Australia post either standard or express whichever is selected upon checkout.

Shipping costs include tracking, tracing, packaging, collection, and guaranteed delivery.

Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Shipping charges are for 1 delivery attempt, if your parcel is returned to our store uncollected, we will contact you and we may charge for a second delivery attempt.

Bulky good may be shipped by a courier or a other delivery service.

Express post delivery time frames as per Australia post guidelines with the delivery originating from the gold coast.

Enquires in relation to delivery delays need to be redirected to Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched from our store the responsibility is with Australia Post or the delivery provider. We can assist you with helping enquires but have found it much quicker if they customer contacts Australia post directly siting the tracking number we have provided.

Returns 

Faulty or Damaged items 

Please contact us if they product you have purchased appears faulty or damaged immediately upon received. We may ask for photo or descriptions of the faults. We will endeavour to rectify any faulty product in a reasonable timeframe with an exchanged or refund if required.

Returns regarding sizing 

We understand purchasing online can lead to incorrect size selection, if your item does not fit please contact us to discuss your sizing requirements.

Returns for change of mind

All products must be returns in their original unbroken packaging. Please contact us before returning any item and you will be issued a return authority. Costs associated with returns for change of mind with bourn by the customer
