Loyalty Rewards Program

The Cadetshop Loyalty Rewards Program is operated by Cadetshop Pty Ltd. By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Rewards Program if you don't use your Loyalty Rewards for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We may discontinue our Loyalty Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
We may change the Loyalty Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each item and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Rewards Program in Australia.

Pricing
All products may not be available at time of order.
Prices (products and offers) include GST.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being placed on back order.
We reserve the right to correct any publishing errors.
Delivery Costs
Special orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Delivery charges are inclusive of postage and handling costs. These prices are listed and remain current for standard orders. Special orders that contain bulky or fragile items may require additional costs. Please email details of the products required for a quote and to arrange appropriate shipping including the final freight cost.
Delivery Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable and that/those items being placed on back order. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we may deliver the items currently available and place the remaining items on back order. If you wish to cancel the back order please contact us and if the order has not been processed (packed and posted) a refund will be organised for the outstanding item/s.
International Ordering
Cadetshop welcomes international customers. Delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange in the event of faulty or incorrectly delivered stock. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable, unless it is a result of our error. Prior to returning any stock you must contact us.
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Cadetshop. For instructions on how to send us returned goods, please see our shipping page.
All products being returned must be in their original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is successfully returned to us. Cadetshop will not take responsibility for items lost in post. It is recommended when returning items you use registered post.
Where the original payment was made by cheque, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
Name tags can not be refunded for change of mind reasons. They will only be refunded as a result of a product fault.
Australian Law
There are a number of Australian laws pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000). Feedback and Complaints Handling Procedure
Cadetshop welcomes feedback and attends to all complaints promptly. Please email or write to us using the contact information presented on the Contact Us page.
Cadet Online Resource Exchange (CORE)
1. All content uploaded to CORE will be reviewed prior to being available for download. 2. Content will be reviewed to ensure no inappropriate or illegal material is posted. 3. Whilst every effort will be made to review all content, the responsibility for the content that is posted rests with the person posting the material. 4. Cadetshop Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for material posted by users that breaches any Law of any State, Territory or the Commonwealth. 5. Where illegal material is identified Cadetshop Pty Ltd will refer that material to the appropriate authorities. 6. Cadetshop Pty Ltd will not be held liable for the accuracy of the material posted by users. 7. By posting material to CORE you agree that you are either the author of the material or have the right to distribute and share the material. 8. The objective of CORE is to exchange training material and other ADFC related resources that is freely available to Cadet members who hold unclassified or no military security status. 9. By uploading material to CORE, users agree that Cadetshop Pty Ltd can review and manage the material as required. 10. You acknowledge that other users may download, use and modify the material you submit.
Your privacy is important to us.
The information you share with us at Cadetshop will be used to process your order, make delivery of your order and communicate with you as a client of Cadetshop Pty Ltd. We will not share your personal information with a third party other than our delivery contractor in order for your purchases to be delivered.
